SEEDS OF SUCCESS

About MWDS-NE.com

Seeds Of success!!

Our gardening program is one of our favorite activities. We do everything from garden planning, planting, caring for the garden in the summer, and even canning and preserving in the fall! Tune back in in MAY of 2025 for new updates on what we are planting this year!

BENCH WORKS ACADEMY

woodworking

Bench Works Academy is a woodworking program tailored to offer a transformative avenue for community integration. By providing a safe, fun, and inclusive environment, this program fosters social inclusion, self-confidence, and skill development. Participants gain a sense of belonging as they collaborate on woodworking projects, forging connections, and gaining confidence in a skill set. This hands-on approach not only equips them with valuable vocational skills but also instills a sense of accomplishment and pride in their creations. As they showcase their work at local events and throughout our day center, these individuals become active contributors to their communities, breaking down barriers and promoting a more inclusive society that recognizes the unique talents and abilities of every individual.
